IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE FLOOR
When we originally received this cabin, the existing floor was in very poor condition.
Rather than covering it up, we decided to remove the damaged flooring and replace it with all new sheets of timber flooring throughout the cabin.
The original lino has been placed back down but has deliberately not been fully fitted or secured, as the next owner may prefer to install fresh lino of their own choice.
The photographs show the condition of the flooring and the work carried out.
CONDITION
Good solid little site office with the usual marks, scratches and signs of previous use on the exterior.
The interior is reasonably tidy and would make a very useful office with minimal additional work.
